Installing the VPN Client

  1. Download the VPN client from the IT portal at it.company.com/vpn
  2. Run the installer and follow the prompts
  3. When prompted, enter the server address: vpn.company.com
  4. Log in with your company credentials

Connecting

  • Open the VPN client from your system tray
  • Click Connect โ€” authentication takes 5โ€“15 seconds
  • You will see a green checkmark when connected

Common Issues

Connection times out Check your internet connection. If on public WiFi, some networks block VPN traffic โ€” try a mobile hotspot.

Invalid credentials Your password may have expired. Reset it at accounts.company.com before connecting.

Slow speeds while on VPN Enable split tunneling if your job role permits it. Contact IT to check your profile settings.

Disconnecting

Always disconnect the VPN before shutting down your computer to avoid session corruption.
