Overview
All access requests must go through the IT helpdesk. Access is granted based on your role and manager approval.
Steps
- Submit a new ticket with category Account Access
- In the title, include the system name, e.g. "Access Request โ Salesforce"
- In the description, include:
- Your full name and employee ID
- The system or application you need access to
- The level of access required (read-only, edit, admin)
- Your manager's name and email for approval
Response Time
- Standard access requests: 2 business days
- Privileged/admin access: 5 business days (requires CISO approval)
Temporary Access
If you need temporary access for a project, specify the start and end dates in your ticket. Access will be automatically revoked at the end date.
