Setting Up Email on Mobile Devices

Overview

This guide covers setting up your company email on iOS and Android devices.

iOS (iPhone / iPad)

  1. Open Settings โ†’ Mail โ†’ Accounts โ†’ Add Account
  2. Select Microsoft Exchange
  3. Enter your company email and tap Next
  4. Enter your password and tap Next
  5. Allow Exchange to configure settings automatically

Android

  1. Open the Gmail app โ†’ tap your profile icon โ†’ Add another account
  2. Select Exchange and Office 365
  3. Enter your full company email address
  4. Enter server: mail.company.com, domain: COMPANY
  5. Enter your username and password, tap Next

Common Issues

  • Cannot verify server identity โ€” accept the certificate prompt
  • Sync not working โ€” ensure your mobile device is enrolled in MDM
  • Password rejected โ€” your password may have expired; reset via the IT portal
